Clinical Data Associate
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Clinical Data Associate who will manage clinical data management activities throughout the study lifecycle, including data review, query management, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data management tasks, including data review, query generation, and reconciliation across all data streams
- Serve as a proficient user of the EDC system, generating reports to track data cleaning progress and conducting quality reviews
- Maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor data quality metrics and translate data management metrics into visual reports for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health, science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in clinical research
- Clinical data associate/management experience at a CRO, pharma, medical device, or biotech company
- Hands-on experience with EDC systems (e.g., Castor EDC, Rave, Inform)
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing reports/dashboards in Power BI
- Knowledge of current industry standards (e.g., GCP, ICH, CDISC/CDASH) and strong Excel skills
