Clinical Data Manager
Job Summary
To support ongoing clinical research efforts, the full-time Clinical Data Manager will oversee the collection, processing, and management of clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data management plans, validation specifications, and study-related documents
- Oversee the setup, validation, and maintenance of electronic data capture systems and perform data cleaning and issue resolution activities
- Coordinate with CROs and vendors to ensure timely and compliant data activities while maintaining documentation for inspection readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in clinical data management, preferably in pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech settings
- Proficiency in EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, Veeva, and InForm
- Familiarity with data standards such as CDISC, MedDRA, and WHODrug
- Experience with database lock processes and query management
