Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Quality Coordinator, this full-time remote position requires expertise in data analytics and EHR projects, focusing on managing daily productivity reports, establishing KPIs, and ensuring compliance within the operations and quality assurance team.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets while providing consultative service skills
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support and administration
- Experience supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with SQL experience as a plus
