Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Quality Coordinator, this full-time remote position requires expertise in data analytics and EHR projects, focusing on managing daily productivity reports, establishing KPIs, and ensuring compliance in collaboration with the QA Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
- Experience supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
