Clinical Data Quality Coordinator
Job Summary
To enhance data quality and compliance, the full-time Clinical Data Quality Coordinator will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and collaborate with the QA Manager in a remote capacity, requiring residence in RI, MA, NH, or NY.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, establishing KPIs and monitoring compliance
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring full resolution and efficient workflows
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support, training, and administration preferred
- Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
