Clinical Data Quality Coordinator
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Quality Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage EHR-related projects, track daily productivity reports, and establish KPIs and QA plans while collaborating closely with the QA Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets for quality assurance
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including monitoring compliance and establishing KPIs
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows for end users
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience with data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHR technical support and administration
- Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
