Clinical Data Quality Coordinator
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Quality Coordinator, this full-time remote position requires expertise in data analytics and EHR management to oversee daily productivity reports, establish KPIs, and ensure compliance within the operations and quality assurance team.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets while providing consultative service skills to staff
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects, including the establishment of KPIs and monitoring compliance
- Identify and troubleshoot EHR-related issues, ensuring efficient workflows and user support
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration preferred
- Experience supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook; SQL experience is a plus
