Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Quality Coordinator, this full-time remote position requires expertise in data analytics and EHR projects, focusing on managing productivity reports, establishing KPIs, and ensuring compliance in partnership with the QA Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to review and clean data sets while ensuring high-quality standards
- Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality initiatives, including KPI establishment and compliance monitoring
- Identify and resolve EHR-related issues, maintaining user control and coordinating documentation and training
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR technical support and administration
- Experience in supporting behavioral health programming
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
