Clinical Data Review Assistant
Job Summary
Supporting the Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist Data Review team, the temporary Clinical Data Review Assistant will manage customer communications, track sample collection kits, and update internal databases while working remotely for a duration of six months.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external customers to obtain missing information for processing test samples
- Track sample collection kits and respond to inquiries regarding test status
- Assist Data Reviewers by answering questions from clinics and coordinating report release requests
Required qualifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or clerical experience
- Experience with Google Mail and Google Documents
- Data collection and maintenance experience preferred
- Problem analysis and problem-solving experience preferred
