Clinical Development Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Clinical Development Director specializing in Obesity/Cardiovascular, who will manage late-phase studies for maridebart cafraglutide (AMG 133), providing clinical expertise in the development and execution of global evidence generation plans and clinical trials.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide clinical/scientific knowledge for the design and delivery of global evidence generation plans for phase 3 programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate clinical strategy into study documents and oversee clinical trial implementation
• Review clinical trial data for accuracy and compliance, serving as a medical monitor and authoring clinical study reports and regulatory submissions

Required qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 3 years of clinical research experience
• Experience in late-phase development within cardiometabolic or adjacent therapeutic areas
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and clinical trial design
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and relevant regulatory guidelines
