Clinical Dispatcher

Job Summary

Seeking a Remote Full-Time Clinical Dispatcher, this position will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while effectively communicating with hospital staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming consultations through the consultation lifecycle workflows and prioritize requests for multiple service lines
• Utilize established protocols and computer-aided dispatch systems to evaluate situations and take appropriate actions
• Maintain professional relationships with healthcare facilities and internal teams to foster a collaborative working environment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and various communication and collaboration tools
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and excel in a remote work setting
