Job Summary

To support managed care network development, the full-time Clinical Documentation Integrity Validator will review and validate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness to support DRG validation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure adherence to documentation standards
• Provide education and feedback to clinical staff regarding documentation improvement

Required qualifications

• Current certification in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) or related field
• Experience in healthcare documentation, coding, or clinical auditing
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to DRG validation
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
