Clinical eLearning Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging online training materials, the full-time remote Clinical Application eLearning Developer will design and implement virtual training resources for clinical and business applications while collaborating with various teams to enhance learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop virtual training materials and engaging learning resources
• Coordinate with instructional designers and troubleshoot eLearning software issues
• Establish metrics for training effectiveness and conduct skill assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1 - 4+ years of experience in an eLearning capacity
• Experience in training within an Epic enterprise implementation environment preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred, particularly in clinical documentation and ambulatory settings
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools
