Clinical Engineering Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Head of Technical Operations and Clinical Engineering will manage end-to-end deployment for new customers, oversee integration with hospital systems, and support clinical validation studies, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment for new customers, including technical scoping, onboarding procedures, and integration with hospital systems
• Support Commercial in defining deployment success metrics and monitor account performance across deployed sites
• Manage contract manufacturing and oversee clinical validation studies to ensure the effectiveness of Cardiosense solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in medical devices, digital health, or clinical engineering
• Demonstrated experience leading technical deployments within hospitals or health systems
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing metrics and reporting tools
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
