Clinical Epidemiology Data Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Global Epidemiology group in Clinical Sciences, the contract Clinical Epidemiology Data Specialist will synthesize and communicate epidemiology literature, contribute to pharmacoepidemiologic studies, and assist in regulatory submissions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, synthesize, and communicate epidemiology literature in written and presentation formats
- Contribute to the design and execution of studies, including protocol development and statistical analysis plans
- Generate and review validated outputs such as tables, listings, and graphs for clinical projects
Required qualifications
- MPH or MS with more than 2 years of experience, or a PhD/MD/PharmD in epidemiology or a related discipline
- Excellent understanding of epidemiologic data sources and methods
- Experience with disease epidemiology on a global and regional scale
- Clinical experience preferred; SAS programming experience required
- Entry-level position suitable for candidates with industry experience
