Job Summary

Supervising a team of representatives, the full-time Clinical Hub Supervisor will manage performance, handle escalated calls, and collaborate with various business units to ensure quality customer service while working remotely within Central Time Zone hours.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises Representatives and manages their performance in alignment with departmental policies
• Handles escalated calls and provides feedback through side-by-sides and recorded call reviews
• Coordinates team schedules and monitors processing volumes for prior authorizations

Required qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Four or more years of experience in pharmacy or medical billing, with a focus on prior authorizations
