Job Summary
Serving as the clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for healthcare data initiatives, the full-time Clinical Implementation Consultant will evaluate clinical integrity, translate workflows into technical requirements, and support the full implementation lifecycle while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze clinical and operational requirements to ensure accurate data migration and archiving
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that preserve clinical meaning and usability of historical records
- Develop and execute validation plans, ensuring archived records are accurate, complete, and clinically coherent
Required qualifications:
- An associate degree or higher in Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Health Information Management, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant clinical healthcare experience
- Working knowledge of clinical workflows in healthcare settings and experience with EHRs and data migration
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and validating clinical or operational requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
