Clinical Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance client operations, the full-time Clinical Implementation Specialist - Referral Management will implement Carefeed's Referral Management module, train client teams, and improve workflows in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery and workflow planning to assess and enhance referral management processes
• Translate operational needs into effective module use, guiding configuration and workflow development
• Deliver practical, role-based training for various teams, ensuring understanding of module integration into daily responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in skilled nursing or related post-acute care operations, focusing on central intake and prior authorization
• Proven experience in coordinating referrals, verifying insurance, and managing time-sensitive follow-ups
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, medical necessity, and managed care processes
• Experience collaborating with various healthcare teams, including admissions and nursing staff
• Ability to train others and manage competing priorities while documenting workflows effectively
