Clinical Informaticist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Clinical Informaticist, the candidate will work remotely to architect FHIR-compliant data models, design data harmonization strategies, and act as a subject matter expert on clinical ontologies to ensure data accuracy and usability across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Architect FHIR-compliant data models aligned with implementation guides and internal standards
- Design and operationalize data harmonization strategies to unify disparate data streams
- Establish validation frameworks to ensure clinical accuracy and integrity of data assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Professional Certificate or Master's Degree in Clinical Informatics or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical informatics or data integration in healthcare or life sciences
- Proficiency in interoperability standards (HL7 v2, FHIR CDA/CCD-A) and data models (FHIR R4/R5, OMOP)
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
