Clinical Informaticist II
Job Summary
Supporting a federal healthcare customer remotely, the full-time Clinical Informaticist II will apply clinical informatics expertise to optimize Oracle Health/Federal EHR workflows, address end-user needs, and enhance system usability while coordinating user support and training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assess clinical workflows and EHR usability, recommending improvements and targeted support for end-users
- Coordinate site-specific support and training requests with Tier 1 SMEs, ensuring effective user engagement
- Analyze user feedback and workflow issues, supporting triage and resolution to enhance clinical decision support
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant clinical informatics or healthcare IT experience
- Experience in assessing and improving clinical workflows and EHR implementation
- Ability to translate clinician needs into practical recommendations for systems and workflows
- Capability to meet Federal security requirements and obtain a Public Trust clearance
