Clinical Informatics Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the cancer clinical trials community, the full-time Clinical Informatics Analyst will manage inquiries and technical support requests while ensuring compliance with clinical research protocols in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to document and track support tickets using an ITSM tool, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Provide tier 1/2 technical and operational assistance to clinical trial sites, patients, and field staff through various communication channels
- Support clinical research data systems and workflows, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Prior experience supporting clinical research technology systems
- Experience with software ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow
- Proficiency with Microsoft software applications
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex systems and workflows
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
