Clinical Informatics Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Clinical Informatics Analyst will manage inquiries and support requests from the cancer research community, ensuring accurate data abstractions and timely resolutions while adhering to clinical trial protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to document and track support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed
- Provide tier 1/2 technical assistance to clinical trial sites and staff through multiple communication channels
- Support clinical research data systems and workflows, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice and relevant regulations
Required qualifications
- Prior experience supporting clinical research technology systems
- Proficiency with software ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn complex systems and workflows quickly
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, clinical, biological/biomedical science, or a related field is preferred, or significant industry experience in healthcare/clinical Application Support
