Job Summary
Leading clinical innovation initiatives, the full-time Clinical Innovation Executive Director will define the enterprise vision and roadmap for automation and AI solutions, collaborating remotely with global teams to enhance clinical development efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Define the clinical innovation strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities across automation, AI, and analytics
- Lead structured experimentation and establish clear objectives and success measures for innovation projects
- Shape business cases and value-realization frameworks that connect innovation investments to measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; advanced degree in a relevant discipline preferred
- 15+ years of progressive industry experience, including 10+ years in clinical innovation strategy
- Hands-on operational experience within a clinical development organization
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing automation and AI innovations in clinical development
- Experience leading structured experiments, including PoCs and PoVs, with measurable impact
