Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Partner with lab teams to gather requirements and translate them into product specifications and user stories
- Ensure regulatory compliance is integrated into product requirements and maintain documentation for audit readiness
- Develop and deliver user training materials and sessions, tracking adoption and feedback post-launch
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product management or business analysis for software products in regulated environments
- Proven ability to gather requirements from end users and create clear documentation
- Experience in healthcare, clinical lab, or life sciences with a focus on compliance
- Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Experience creating and delivering user training for software rollouts
