Clinical Lead

Job Summary

To provide operational leadership for regional clinical trial activities, the fully remote Clinical Lead will oversee site feasibility assessments, manage regulatory submissions, and coordinate investigational product logistics while partnering with project teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee site feasibility assessments, site identification, and selection for clinical studies
• Coordinate ethics committee and regulatory submission activities to ensure timely approvals
• Lead CRA meetings and serve as the primary contact for sponsors and stakeholders, delivering project updates

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience in clinical monitoring and site management across multiple study locations
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor clinical operations teams
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field preferred
