Clinical Lead
Job Summary
To support a growing client in the clinical research industry, the fully remote Clinical Lead will facilitate CRA meetings, provide oversight and mentorship to CRA teams, and serve as a key point of contact for Sponsor communication while managing multiple studies and sites.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead internal CRA meetings, preparing materials and following up on action items
- Partner with Sponsors during study-related meetings, contributing updates and documentation
- Provide oversight and mentorship to CRA teams to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
- 8+ years of clinical research experience with advanced clinical monitoring and site management
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring CRAs and clinical operations teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes
