Clinical Lead
Job Summary
To support a growing client in the clinical research industry, the fully remote Clinical Lead will manage internal CRA meetings, oversee CRA teams, and serve as a key point of contact for Sponsor communication while ensuring adherence to study timelines and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead internal CRA meetings, including preparation and follow-up on action items
- Partner with Sponsors during study-related meetings, providing updates and documentation as needed
- Provide oversight and mentorship to CRA teams to ensure compliance with study timelines and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
- 8+ years of clinical research experience with advanced clinical monitoring and site management
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring CRAs and clinical operations teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes
