Clinical Lead
Job Summary
Supporting a growing client in the clinical research industry, the fully remote Clinical Lead will manage multiple studies and sites while providing oversight and mentorship to CRA teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead internal CRA meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items
- Partner with Sponsors during study-related meetings, contributing updates and documentation as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to CRA teams to ensure compliance with study timelines and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
- 8+ years of clinical research experience, including advanced clinical monitoring and site management
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring CRAs and clinical operations teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
