Clinical Lead III

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time Clinical Lead III will manage large clinical teams, contribute to risk assessments, and collaborate on clinical strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead KOM meetings to align clinical delivery strategies and ensure study budgets meet execution expectations
• Identify protocol execution risks during Risk Assessment meetings and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee patient recruitment and retention strategies, partnering with CRAs to achieve site enrollment targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• 4 years of experience as a Clinical Lead, with prior onsite monitoring experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of global processes and regulations related to clinical trials
• Understanding of QA and other functional processes within clinical operations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage site relationships effectively
