Clinical Lead - Site Activation

Job Summary

Leading site activation efforts, the full-time Clinical Lead - Site Activation will coordinate with functional teams, oversee strategic initiatives, and manage project timelines and budgets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with functional leads to ensure quality and efficient site activation delivery
• Lead Site ID Kick Off Meetings and understand client objectives and study start-up strategies
• Monitor project site activation status, providing metrics and updates to internal teams and clients

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or a health-related field, or equivalent licensed health-care professional
• 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Clinical Lead, Regional Site Manager, or Project Manager
• Proven leadership ability in study start-up and cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong understanding of project financials and adherence to timelines and budgets
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and excellent organizational skills
