Clinical Lead - Site Activation

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time remote Clinical Lead - Senior Site Activation Lead will coordinate site activation efforts, oversee project timelines, and ensure quality delivery while collaborating with various functional leads.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees strategic efforts for site activation delivery, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations
• Leads kick-off meetings, reviews study budgets, and monitors project timelines while escalating risks and proposing mitigation strategies
• Analyzes site activation status, provides metrics, and delivers progress updates to internal teams and clients

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in clinical, science, or a health-related field, or a licensed health-care professional
• 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Clinical Lead, Research Site Manager, or Project Manager
• Proven leadership ability in study start-up and cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong understanding of project financials, timelines, and adherence to study budgets
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and excellent organizational skills
