Clinical Learning Scientist

Job Summary

Leading research initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Specialist, Learning Scientist (Clinical) will develop and oversee research plans, provide subject-matter expertise in clinical assessments, and ensure alignment of assessment design with business and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead research plans supporting new product development and portfolio priorities
• Provide subject-matter expertise and scientific leadership in speech-language pathology, literacy, and early childhood assessment
• Help define product scope and assessment design to ensure solutions are scientifically sound and clinically meaningful

Required qualifications

• Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in relevant fields such as speech and language, literacy, or clinical psychology
• Clinical experience with standardized assessments in educational or clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of test development, measurement principles, and research methodology
• Demonstrated ability to translate scientific evidence into strategic recommendations
