Job Summary

To enhance patient care and clinical coordination, the full-time remote Clinical Liaison will manage relationships between clinics and Lumicera Health Services, focusing on communication and continuity of care while supporting educational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to foster professional relationships
• Act as a liaison between medical staff, pharmacies, insurance providers, and patients to improve communication
• Coordinate and support educational activities as requested

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
• CPhT certification preferred
• Minimum of two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours based on department needs
• Commitment to compliance with federal and state laws and ethical standards
