Clinical Monitoring Manager

Job Summary

Managing the Clinical Monitoring unit, the full-time Clinical Monitoring Manager will plan, organize, and evaluate clinical operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project-specific processes related to site selection, monitoring, and compliance, collaborating with clinical monitoring and project leadership teams
• Support clinical monitoring teams in addressing sponsor/site concerns and integrating new technologies to enhance service delivery
• Manage and develop Clinical Monitoring team members, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and performance management

Required qualifications

• College Diploma/University Degree in Health Sciences or Life Sciences, with relevant certifications preferred (SoCRA and/or ACRP)
• 4-6 years of related experience, including managing CRA staff and providing training or mentorship
• Strong knowledge of clinical monitoring regulations and GCP guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a remote global capacity
