Clinical Monitoring Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical monitoring unit, the full-time Clinical Monitoring Manager will oversee project planning, team management, and compliance monitoring while working remotely to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and evaluate clinical monitoring processes and services throughout the project life cycle
• Represent clinical monitoring teams to internal partners and external sponsors, addressing concerns and integrating improvements
• Manage and develop Clinical Monitoring team members, ensuring adequate staffing and ongoing support for performance management

Required qualifications

• College Diploma or University Degree in Health Sciences or Life Sciences, with relevant certifications (SoCRA and/or ACRP preferred)
• 4-6 years of related experience, including managing CRA staff and providing training or mentorship
• Strong knowledge of clinical monitoring regulations and GCP guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a remote global environment
