Clinical Operations Analyst II

Job Summary

Proactively building and maintaining relationships, the full-time remote Site Identification Analyst II will oversee site outreach for post-award activities, manage project timelines in the CTMS, and provide progress reports to project teams while supporting biotech and pharma companies in their clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site outreach and manage site identification activities according to study timelines
• Provide weekly project progress reports and update the Investigator Database with new site information
• Assist in designing and implementing systems for site identification metrics and reporting

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Sciences or a related field
• Three years of data management or clinical operations experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry
• Two years of experience supporting Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
• Experience in clinical trials support and site identification/selection
• Good working knowledge of clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMS
