Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support healthcare providers in North and South Carolina, the full-time Clinical Operations Associate will build relationships with medical professionals, manage operational customer support, and ensure the effective implementation of NavDx testing and surveillance protocols.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless NavDx processes
• Onboard new customers, educate clinical teams, and optimize workflows related to NavDx testing
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries, resolving issues related to test ordering and results reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical operations or analytics within a fast-paced environment
• Experience in commercial-stage life sciences or diagnostics companies, or in a clinical setting supporting healthcare providers
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting
• Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with healthcare professionals
