Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

As a full-time Clinical Operations Associate, the successful candidate will provide essential support to healthcare professionals by managing relationships, onboarding new customers, and resolving inquiries related to NavDx testing, all while working remotely in the New York and New Jersey regions.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction with NavDx services
• Act as a clinical resource for onboarding and educating provider offices on testing protocols and workflows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational support, addressing inquiries related to test ordering and results reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical operations or analytics within a fast-paced environment
• Experience in high-growth life sciences or diagnostics companies, or in a clinical setting supporting healthcare providers
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals
