Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary

Owning the provider onboarding experience, the full-time Clinical Operations Associate will welcome new providers, lead orientation sessions, and continuously improve the onboarding process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding experience for newly hired providers, ensuring they are prepared to see patients from day one
• Evaluate and enhance the provider onboarding process, identifying opportunities for improvement as the organization scales
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation to support new providers throughout their onboarding journey

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in clinical operations, preferably in a digital health setting
• Proven experience in owning and improving processes during periods of rapid growth
• Familiarity with clinical systems such as EHRs, provider portals, and scheduling tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex systems for diverse audiences
• Resourceful and organized, with a systems-thinking approach to problem-solving
