Clinical Operations Associate Director

Job Summary

Providing leadership and strategic oversight, the full-time remote Clinical Operations Associate Director will manage clinical trials, ensuring alignment with operational plans, budget adherence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of clinical trials, including strategic, operational, and financial aspects
• Lead cross-functional Study Management Teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
• Assess and manage contract research organizations (CROs) and vendors to support trial success

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with ten years of experience, or a master's degree with eight years of experience, or a PhD/PharmD with two years of experience
• Experience in oncology clinical trials, particularly in Phase 1 first-in-human studies
• Minimum of six years of cross-functional study management or leadership experience in life sciences
• Proven ability to manage clinical studies within budgets and timelines
• Experience in developing RFPs and managing CROs or other vendors
