Clinical Operations Data Analyst
Job Summary
Providing analytical and operational support across multiple contracts, the full-time Clinical Operations Data Analyst will collect, validate, and report on data related to clinical operations and performance, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, analyze, and report operational and clinical data across various contracts and initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for program teams and leadership
- Support performance measurement and operational analysis for Military OneSource and rural health initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operational reporting, or healthcare analytics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience with querying and analyzing large datasets; familiarity with SQL or comparable tools preferred
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and manage multiple priorities independently
