Clinical Operations Director

Job Summary

Excited about planning and executing early-stage clinical trials, the remote Associate Director of Clinical Operations will manage clinical operations strategy, interface with stakeholders, and lead a team to ensure smooth execution of oncology programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop clinical operations strategy and manage study timelines for respective programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to produce essential documentation such as protocols and regulatory submissions
• Evaluate and manage external collaborators, including CROs, ensuring compliance and performance monitoring

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical operations across at least 2 therapeutic areas, including oncology
• Experience managing CROs and vendors in both US and international clinical trials
• Understanding of the drug development process from IND to NDA
• Dedication to collaborative work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in large Pharma and biotech preferred, with a focus on biomarker-selected studies
