Job Summary

Leading the HOCT Clinical Trial Management team, the full-time Clinical Operations Director will provide strategic and operational direction for clinical trial execution across North America, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational direction for clinical trial execution at the country level across all development phases
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Clinical Operations professionals, ensuring effective resource optimization and performance management
• Maintain productive relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders and represent the company in interactions with external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in managing staff within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Significant experience in delivering global clinical trials and translating scientific objectives into operational plans
• Strong understanding of the drug development process and global regulatory requirements
• Proven expertise in clinical trial execution and management in a global context
