Clinical Operations Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the Clinical Trial Manager, the full-time Clinical Operations Lead will manage trial execution by liaising with CROs and vendors, developing clinical trial documents, and coordinating activities at investigational sites in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the review and development of clinical trial documents and manuals
• Coordinate and monitor activities at investigational sites, including reviewing monitoring trip reports
• Manage study timelines and priorities, focusing on recruitment strategies and patient retention plans

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree or relevant degree with a strong emphasis on science
• Minimum of three years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or relevant clinical research
• Working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and relevant regulatory experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several protocols and therapeutic areas
• Preferred experience in assisting the conduct and management of multinational clinical trials
