Job Summary
To support the scaling of a value-based oncology care delivery model, the full-time Clinical Operations Manager will manage operational readiness for new markets, improve care delivery workflows, and ensure reliable execution across teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operationalize infrastructure for new markets and service lines, ensuring readiness for launch
- Translate care model standards into scalable operational workflows and drive improvements across care delivery processes

Required qualifications
- Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery environments
- Exposure to market launches, implementations, or scaling operations, preferably in healthcare
- Strong skills in process documentation and workflow design
