Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support clinical trial activities, the full-time remote Clinical Operations Manager will manage local operational oversight, ensure regulatory and financial compliance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet country-specific trial commitments.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of clinical trial country submissions and approvals, including development of local language materials
• Manage country budgets and financial processes, ensuring adherence to payment timelines and budget targets
• Collaborate with various teams and external partners to track deliverables and maintain compliance with local regulations

Required qualifications:

• University/college degree in life sciences or related field, or relevant certification in allied health professions
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industries
• Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines, GCP, and drug development processes
• Fluency in local office language and English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
