Job Summary

To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Clinical Operations Manager will manage a remote team of medical assistants and care coordinators, overseeing daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and provide guidance to a remote team of medical assistants
• Design and enhance operational processes to ensure service excellence in patient care
• Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with leadership to implement policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing employees in a clinical setting
• Background in nursing, care management, or clinical operations
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
• Experience in building teams, processes, and workflows from the ground up
• Proficiency in HIPAA and CMS regulatory requirements
