Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership across multiple clinical studies, the fully remote Clinical Operations Manager will manage trial execution to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements while fostering cross-functional collaboration in a global research environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational oversight of clinical trials from start-up through closeout, ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and investigative sites to support efficient study execution and issue resolution
• Monitor study performance metrics, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while identifying and addressing operational risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of clinical research experience with at least 2 years in a clinical operations leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and global clinical trial processes
• Experience overseeing CROs, vendors, and cross-functional clinical teams across multiple studies
• Experience utilizing CTMS, EDC systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
