Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership across multiple clinical studies, the full-time Clinical Operations Manager will ensure trial execution aligns with quality standards, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements in a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operational oversight of clinical trials from study start-up through closeout, ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and investigative sites to support efficient study execution and issue resolution
• Monitor study performance metrics, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while identifying and addressing operational risks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of clinical research experience with at least 2 years in a clinical operations leadership, management, or study management role
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and global clinical trial processes
• Experience overseeing CROs, vendors, and cross-functional clinical teams across multiple studies
• Experience utilizing CTMS, EDC systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
