Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing inpatient practice, the full-time Clinical Operations Manager will manage administrative and scheduling responsibilities, partner with Talent Acquisition for clinician hiring, and oversee onboarding and training of new providers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage overall administrative and scheduling tasks to support the inpatient practice
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to initiate hiring processes and draft employment documentation for new clinicians
• Train and coach clinical team members to ensure adherence to established protocols and improve operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• At least five years of inpatient healthcare administrative and operational experience
• Project management experience or experience implementing new partnerships or markets
• Experience building a company or business unit with demonstrated outcomes, including P&L management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
